Started at 60 mcg and dear lord, i could feel jittery, shaking and heavy sweating. I was sick the first day i took clen. Couldn't sleep well so i decided to switch to lower dose of 20mcg. After couple of days brought my dose up to 40 mcg, then 60 mcg and all the way to 100 mcg at the end of a 2 week clen cycle. Clen always helps me get leaner and shredded but with cardio and proper nutrition. lost few pounds in this 2 week cycle where as kept all the lean mass. after the first cycle i took 2 weeks off and started second one. this time i started at 40 mcg. still jittery but not as in the first cycle. ran it for couple of weeks and noticed results.
